Behzad’s path has been shaped by personal challenges, including developmental and complex trauma, the harsh backdrop of war, addiction, and struggles with sever mental health. After years of suffering, which included two major suicide attempts, he discovered the healing power of mind-body practices, breath, sound, hypnosis, mindfulness, and eventually IFS and plant medicine, which led to his recovery.

Behzad continues his journey as a sound healer, mentored by a renowned expert, and as a Grof breathwork facilitator (in training) and IFS practitioner (trained Level 1 by IFS institute). His vision is to create a self-led, harmonious society by helping individuals overcome trauma and addiction.
